• Tour durations are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, or group pace.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time for pick‑up. Late arrivals may shorten the tour experience.

• Black Eagle Tours and Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who behaves in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings during the tour.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour date: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date: Non‑refundable.

• No‑shows are non‑refundable.

• If Black Eagle Tours and Travel cancels a tour due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, guests may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• We collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, and payment details solely for booking and communication purposes.
